This retired limited edition Swarovski Christmas ornament was the first in the series of familiar stars/snowflakes issued annually. The earliest ones, including this one were not part of the Silver Crystal range, but were issued by either Giftware Suite or Crystal Colors. This ornament has 8 points and has 1991 etched on the central stone. The USA version of this ornament has a smooth, silver colored metal hanger, and the box was square.
